With theaters dark all over the world, we are quite certain you join us in grieving the loss this Hudson Players season as we once anticipated it. Thanks to our donors and supporters, our organization will withstand this pandemic, and may even come out brighter on the other side.
We can't build our sets, learn our lines, or sell tickets to shows, but we have been able to do something else we are excited to share with you. As a result of a very generous gift from a long-time member and dear friend of our theater, we have been able to establish a Hudson Players Endowment Fund.
In conjunction with the Hudson Community Foundation, we have created this fund that will help the Hudson Players not only weather storms such as this but will carry us forward. By growing this fund, we will ensure the growth and continuation of our organization and be able provide scholarships to theater students who will be our future.
For this unique 2020-2021 fiscal year, in lieu of paying membership dues, purchasing season tickets or supporting our annual appeal, we are humbly asking you to consider a gift to support our new and growing Endowment Fund.
Start your evening off right by dining at one of our fine local restaurants, followed by delicious entertainment from The Hudson Players. Hudson's Restaurant on the Green, Zeppe's Bistro and Don Patrons all offer discounts for dining there on performance nights. Ask how to get them when you make your reservation!
We are in the middle of a major update of lighting and sound: converting to LED lights and upgrading our speaker system to ensure more even sound coverage. Thank you to the Burton D. Morgan Foundation for funding the first phase with their generous grant. Of course we can use your support for phase two. Use the button below to donate.
